Bob and Sue Miller

About the Author
Bob and Sue Miller grew up in Ohio's Amish country. In 1971, they started Das Dutchman Essenhaus, a well-known Amish restaurant on U.S. Highway 20 in Middlebury, Indiana. In addition to the Essenhaus, they are involved in ownership of five other restaurants in Ohio. Das Dutchman Essenhaus, a family-owned restaurant, serves more than 7,000 meals each day.
